I submitted the incorrect shipping address, what do I do?Updated 3 months ago

You can email us at [email protected] to edit your shipping address. Please keep in mind our business and holiday hours. It takes us up to 24-48 business hours to respond to emails and text messages. If we do not get to your email in time and your order has already been shipped out, please wait for your tracking to update. Once it updates, please contact USPS or Global Post to change your shipping address before it gets delivered. If your order has already been shipped out, there is nothing we can do as it has been shipped out to the correct address. We will not refund or reship the item; please locate your order by going to the original address that was inputted at checkout.
