I did not receive confirmation email/receipt for my order and what is the shipping time frame?Updated 5 months ago

After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are still having trouble locating your confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or call or text us at (479) - 396 -6544 for further assistance. 

For domestic orders, please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped and 7-12 business days for international orders. Orders are only shipped during our business hours; Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm CST. Please view the "Shipping Info" tab on the product page for further shipping information on specific items. Shipping may differ on National Holidays.
